Thanksgiving Heating Instructions

Turkey

(The Turkey will take approximately 1 hour to reheat)

  • STEPS:
  • 1: Preheat oven to 350° 
  • 2: Remove the Turkey from the sealed bag and place in the center of the aluminum pan. Leave the lid off and place in the oven. Heat for 1 hour, or to a minimum internal temperature of 120°. 
  • 3: Remove Turkey from oven, carve and serve.


Sides

(Total Time to Reheat all Sides is 45 minutes)

 *Preheat Oven to 350° for Sides.
 **All sides should be heated at the same time to ensure all items are ready to eat at the same time; sides should be placed in oven 15 minutes after starting the turkey.


Green Beans Casserole


  • STEPS:
  • 1. Place in oven with lid on. 
  • 2. Cook for 20 minutes, remove from oven, remove lid and stir. 
  • 3. Replace lid and place back in oven; cook for 15 more minutes. 
  • 4. Remove from oven, remove lid from casserole; place fried onions on top of casserole. 
  • 5. Place back in oven uncovered for an additional 10 minutes. 
  • 6. Remove from oven and serve. 


Mashed Potatoes or Mac & Cheese


  • STEPS:
  • 1. Place in oven with lid on. 
  • 2. Cook for 20 minutes, remove from oven, remove lid and stir. 
  • 3. Replace lid and place back in oven; cook for 25 more minutes or until hot. 
  • 4. Remove from oven and serve. 

Turkey Dressing

  • STEPS:
  • 1. Place in oven with lid on.
  • 2. Cook for 45 minutes or until hot. 
  • 3. Remove from oven and serve.


Salad & Cranberries

  • Keep salad, salad dressing, and cranberries refrigerated until ready to serve.


Beer Bread

  • STEPS:
  • 1. Place bread in oven for 3-5 minutes or until hot.
  • 2. Remove from oven and serve with Honey Butter. 

Gravy

  • STEPS:
  • 1. Crack the lid of the gravy container and microwave for 30 seconds.
  • 2. Remove from microwave and stir. 
  • 3. Continue heating and stirring in 30 second intervals until hot.
